Life Long Learner in Healing Arts

I've been passionate about health and healing ever since I was 7 years old. I used to comb through acupressure books, make herbal lotions and potions to heal acne, and I began teaching plant based cooking classes as a teenager. It only made senses that I walked right into a career that cares deeply for one's health and wellness.

As a Lifestyle Medicine wellness coach and a hypnotist, I love motivating and supporting my clients towards their journey towards mind body healing.

Our Offerings

As well as my passion for ancient forms of acupuncture and moxibustion, I am trained in the use of the BioFlex Laser, a clinically proven technology that complements acupuncture treatments. I use laser therapy not only for sports injuries, but also treating jing well acupoints which enhances a persons energy. Additionally, I have a strong interest in auricular medicine taught in the German and French schools. I offer laser and frequencies developed by Dr. Nogier, further expanding the range of treatment options available to clients.

Lastly, I’ve also trained in micro-current acupuncture as well through which I can use needle or non-needle techniques to stimulate points, muscle groups to enhance healing or even to encourage slow brainwaves to promote relaxation through PEMF pulsed electro magnetic field therapy. .
